Can I buy more than one passcode because we have multiple offices?

Yes, we encourage you to buy a unique passcode per location so that the variances across your business can be seen.

What happens if my card is declined?

Please contact your bank and us directly to arrange for an alternative payment method.

How do I know my payment is secure?

We have a merchant account with Westpac and through them have adopted the widely recognised payment service offered by Payment Express. The transactions are handled in their ssl protected environment. The Sustainable Business Network does not hold your credit card details in our own database.

Can I renew my subscripion online?

Ordering online generates new passcodes, so for renewals, please email us confirmation that you would like to renew, and we will invoice you accordingly.

How many passcodes can an SBN member ask for?

Each Member organisation of the SBN is eligible to one passcode. National members are eligible for up to 5 passcodes.
