At La Boca Loca we use sustainably produced ingredients in our freshly made Mexican cuisine. By using organic produce, free range meats and dairy, line caught fish, and even organic tequila we minimise our impact on the environment and help fix our broken food system. We minimise waste through rigorous recycling and composting programs. We are a certified Living Wage Aotearoa employer with full contracts to help our staff make a better life. We donate goods, vouchers, food and time to local schools and charities whenever possible. Our commitment is to make sustainable cuisine that is delicious, that nourishes our bodies and enhances our planet.
