Sustainable Business Network is double finalist in AUT Excellence in Business Support Awards.

9 Jun 2016

Wish us luck! We’re really chuffed, in that Kiwi way, to be selected as a finalist in two categories in the 2016 AUT Business School Excellence in Business Support Awards – the Sustainability and Not for Profit categories.

CEO of the Sustainable Business Network Rachel Brown says, “We have run our own NZI Sustainable Business Network Awards for many years now and only recently started entering the AUT Awards. We did it again this year because we really believe in the importance that recognition and profile bring to any organisation.

“Being a finalist in two categories is a real thrill for us. It will motivate us to keep up the transformation agenda and bring about change in the way we do business here in New Zealand.”

The AUT Excellence in Business Support Awards are the only national performance measure for New Zealand business support organisations.

“AUT’s Business School differentiates itself with the depth of engagement with industry for the benefit of staff and students. These annual awards are one of the ways we demonstrate our commitment to industry,” says AUT Business School Acting Dean, Professor Kate Kearins.

Winners of the ten category awards and the supreme award will be named at a gala dinner on 5 October.
