Wholly Cow has a ‘give back’ approach to farming – producing high quality fresh meat products, while enabling a more sustainable future.
It wants to change the conventional dry stock farming system to create a sustainable, non-intensive, circular, independent system where the welfare of animals, family and land are paramount.
By being responsible for all aspects of the business – from farm to micro-abbatoir to butchery to customer – Wholly Cow has removed excess transportation, fuel consumption and animal stress. The company views waste as a resource and the business supports family and the local economy. The quality meats feed about 2000 families each week.
