Conservation Volunteers have partnered with the Rotary Club of Wellington to plant a Forest at the Heart of Wellington. This ambitious project involves volunteers from schools, communities and corporations in the planting of 65,000 native trees in the central Wellington Town Belt on Mount Victoria.

They provide; an experienced team leader, tools, gloves, health and safety management and training. Free transport available – get in touch to book a seat as places are limited!

What to wear/bring: sturdy boots, long sleeves and pants, a hat/beanie, waterproof jacket, water bottle and food.

This project is in partnership with Rotary Club of Wellington and Wellington City Council. Supported by MPI Billion Trees Fund.
