After spending the previous day immersed in revolutionising the plastics system, we invite you to learn up-close about what happens to plastics when they travel down through our landscape and end up in our freshwater and marine ecosystems.
SBN have partnered with Auckland Whale & Dolphin Safari to take you on a deep dive into ocean plastics out on the waters of the Hauraki Gulf.
You’ll hear from expert speakers on the local-to-global scale of the impacts of plastics in the ocean. Auckland Whale & Dolphin Safari’s Ocean Health Module will get you up close and personal with what’s actually in the waters of the Hauraki Gulf.
