The Memory of Water

If our water could speak, what would she say? The Sustainable Business Network’s Gulf X invites you to a unique experience. Gulf X is working with businesses to restore the mauri, or life giving essence, of Tikapa Moana – Te Moana nui a Toi, the Hauraki Gulf.

For our next event we present an innovative account of water in Auckland over the last 200 years – ‘The Memory of Water’.

Using creative multi-media story-telling, we’ll explore how water has changed in our region. You’ll get an insight into how these changes have affected the health of the Hauraki Gulf.

You’ll also have a chance to find out more about how you can get involved in our work. Together we can reduce pollution entering the Gulf and increase our connection with these precious waters.

Hundreds of local business people have already signed up to take part. This is the beginnings of a movement.

Arrive promptly at 5:30pm at The Flagship. Nibbles are provided, and there will be an open bar.
