Election and Annual Report
Our National Board comprises five elected board members, all of whom are volunteers. They oversee SBN's strategic direction and provide us with valuable advice and expertise. We are hugely grateful to them all for their time and expert counsel.
Vote for our National Board Members
This year there will be an election to fill four vacancies. There are nine nominees. If you're unable to attend the AGM, cast your proxy vote using the form below and email it to us by 3pm on 22 July. Send it to [email protected]
Our 2026 AGM will be hosted at the SBN office, 5/48 Emily Place, Auckland. It will run from 4.15pm - 6.30pm. Please join us if you're an SBN Impact Investor (member) to celebrate an impactful year over nibbles and drinks.
