Election and Annual Report
Our National Board comprises five elected board members, all of whom are volunteers. They oversee SBN's strategic direction and provide us with valuable advice and expertise. We are hugely grateful to them all for their time and expert counsel.
This year there will be an election to fill one vacancy. If you're unable to attend the AGM, cast your proxy vote using the form below and email it to us by 3pm on 23 July. Send it to [email protected]
We'll also be releasing our Annual Report, which highlights the impact we've made over the past year thanks to the support of our network.
Our 2025 AGM will be hosted at the SBN office, 5/48 Emily Place, Auckland. It will run from 4.15pm - 6.30pm. Please join us if you're an SBN Impact Investor (member) to celebrate an impactful year over nibbles and drinks. Register
