Project and Partnership Manager - Nature

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who loves making complex things happen. Working closely with our Head of Nature, you’ll lead the delivery of key projects that help businesses transform their practices and unlock greater investment into nature regeneration.

You’ll also work alongside inspiring, on-the-ground nature projects, supporting them with funding pathways, partnerships and collaboration opportunities. You’ll be connecting a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders including businesses, NGOs, tangata whenua, philanthropy, government agencies, landowners and local communities.

This is a fixed term maternity cover contract, working 32 hours per week from late April 2026 until May 2027.

Internships are unpaid voluntary positions. They are often filled by students who are completing an academic course of study. They usually have a specific focus within a project or task.
