Mike is an inquisitive, driven, future-focused professional with considerable commercial experience in business, governance, management, sustainability and retail consulting across Aotearoa New Zealand, Australasia, Europe & the Middle East. Mike acquired Kōkako Organic Coffee in 2007 and scaled it into a national award-winning sustainable business, exiting in 2024.

Mike is the former owner of Kōkako Organic Coffee. He now runs an independent business advisory and consulting business, Trellick Co, and is working with the team at  Electrify Aotearoa.

Mike will talk about integrating sustainability into your business and how it can deliver innovation and efficiency. 

Amy is a passionate tourism professional with 20 years’ experience in the visitor industry under her belt. Amy now leads the Destination Management Kaupapa at Northland Inc. which uses tourism as a vehicle to bring value to communities across the region.

David is a global expert in sustainable development and tourism. He will share ideas on how we can achieve wellbeing outcomes through tourism, based on his work with UN Tourism and destinations around the Pacific.
