What we do
We work with food supplies to redirect their excess from landfill and into hands that need it. Four days a week our electric van collects perfectly edible food that would otherwise go to waste, and delivers it to our premises for weighing and sorting. This surplus food is used to stock our community pantry. and is divided among our recipient organisations, such as churches, marae and community centres.
How we can help you to go circular
We can help you reduce your waste and carbon footprint. Our team of dedicated volunteers gathers excess food to be weighed and distributed from our central city premises. All we require from you is a collection point. We will provide signage and training on what food we can collect.
