The second workshop will focus on organic waste; how organic waste systems operate across different regions, how to navigate the confusion around compostable packaging, food waste separation, and working with catering companies and food rescue organisations. It will include practical guidance you can apply to your own event, venue, vendors, suppliers, and operations.

The workshop talk will run from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, with networking from 6pm to 6:30pm and more time to connect after the session till 8pm. Nibbles and drinks will be provided.
