Our National Board comprises five elected board members, all of whom are volunteers. They oversee SBN's strategic direction and provide us with valuable advice and expertise. We are hugely grateful to them all for their time and expert counsel.
Peter Lee-Grey is the founder of Ethical Investing NZ, a financial planning and ethical investment advisory firm. His involvement with sustainability, and SBN in particular, goes back to the late 1990s as a board member of NZ Businesses for Social Responsibility, then as a founder board member of SBN.
Susan Livengood is Co-owner of Electric Autobus, which has delivered 450 electric buses to New Zealand cities. Previously she was Director of Sustainability and Financial Inclusion at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand where she led work across climate change, Te Ao Māori, financial inclusion and the South Pacific.
The AGM marked the end of the term as Board members for Kath Dewar and Celine Louche. We are very grateful for their expertise and advice over the past two years.
