Network Deals: Terms and Conditions
Network Deals are an exclusive benefit for SBN's paying Impact Investors (members).
They give these businesses the chance to share offers with each other, such as priority access, value-adds, consultations or deals.
Eligibility
Deals may only be listed by current SBN Impact Investors (organisation members only, not individual members). If your Impact Investor status lapses or ends, the deal is removed from the website.
Deals may only be redeemed by current Impact Investors (both organisations and individuals). Being part of the wider SBN network doesn't in itself make you eligible. Deals are a benefit of paid Impact Investor status.
Your deal
Your deal must give Impact Investors something they can't get elsewhere. It can take many forms:
priority access
a value-added service
a free consultation
a bundled extra
a discount
The exclusive element must be real. A standard public offer rebadged for Impact Investors doesn't qualify.
Your deal must fit with SBN's purpose and values. SBN can decline or remove any deal at its discretion.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for:
the accuracy of your listing
honouring the deal as described
telling us promptly if your deal changes or ends
responding promptly to enquiries about your deal
Redemption
Deals are redeemed directly between businesses, using the method described in your listing. For example, you might ask the other business to confirm their Impact Investor status at the time of booking or purchase. You can check the SBN Network page to verify this.
SBN isn't involved in individual transactions.
Duration
Deals are listed for 12 months from publication, unless you specify an earlier end date. We'll get in touch before your deal expires to ask whether you'd like to renew, update or retire it. We'll remove deals that aren't renewed.
SBN's role
SBN lists deals in good faith as a service to Impact Investors. We don't verify, endorse or guarantee any deal. Any transaction arising from a deal is solely between the businesses involved.
SBN accepts no liability for disputes, losses or issues arising from a deal or its redemption.
Changes
SBN may update these terms from time to time. If you keep your deal listed after a update, that means you accept the new terms.
