The Centre is run by a voluntary group that gives businesses and the public the opportunity to recycle usable items rather than let them take up space in a landfill. It gives schools, early childhood centres and community groups the chance to access cheap resources.

Empty Zoetis livestock vaccine packs and Teatseal tubes can be recycled. Once farmers have finished using these products, they can return them to a participating veterinary clinic. They are then collected and recycled by Plasback which operates a product stewardship scheme to recover farm plastics.
