The discussion with Olivia will focus on answering some of the following questions:
• How is a drought determined and what are the effects on the local environment?
• Why is drought still an issue as we come into the rainy season?
• Has this happened before and what has caused the current drought?
• How will climate change affect the frequency of water shortages in Auckland?
