WM - Banking on staff sustainability training

In April 2024, WM (formerly Waste Management) converted its entire debt financing into a $1.1 billion sustainability-linked loan. This included stipulations for training staff in sustainability, the circular economy and climate change. The firm called in the Sustainable Business Network's Advisory service to help out.
