What we do
Following strategic processes and safe work practices, we pull buildings and houses apart and organise the materials based on condition and destination. Materials that can be reused are collected or delivered to organisations that re-mill, build or stock the raw product for sale. Materials unfit for reuse go into skip bins for recycling timber, plasterboard or general waste. The general waste bin (for anything not timber or plaster) is further processed for recycling.
How we can help you to go circular
We provide end of life solutions for unwanted buildings and structures. We are not a demolition service producing huge amounts of waste that goes straight to the landfill without a second thought. Deconstruction is different way of clearing the way for a new development or rebuild. Essentially, we reverse build all the way down to the concrete foundations before an excavator ever arrives on site. The materials we divert from the landfill are cycled back to the start of the economic chain. This helps provide a circular service right from the start of your project. We report by weight on materials that are reused, recycled or sent to landfill. Excluding concrete, we are able to divert more than 80% of all other materials from the landfill.
