Nelson Environment Centre - Kai Rescue
The Kai Rescue programme was established in 2017 with the aim of minimising food waste in our community. Our team collects food from supermarkets, growers, manufacturers and other food outlets that is good enough to eat but is surplus or non-saleable.

Green Gorilla
Green Gorilla provide commercial waste collection and recycling services for Auckland. Our recycling and sorting facilities divert more than 75,000 tonnes of waste per annum away from Auckland's landfills. Our recycling includes plasterboard waste into gypsum, treated timber into biofuel and untreated wood into landscaping and animal bedding.
