Since 1974, we have been providing polymer solutions that make a real difference for our customers. We bring together a unique blend of expertise, technology and capability to provide high quality, polymer products at scale. Our dedicated R&D facilities not only helps design new products to solve specific challenges, we use these capabilities to develop manufacturing techniques that improve overall quality.
Our commitment to innovation means we are constantly striving to find new ways to make a difference and provide value for our customers. Innovation starts with listening to a customer’s product needs, and then exploring the best approach to deliver the right solution for that need.
A New Zealand owned company with a manufacturing presence across New Zealand and Thailand. We export our product from both our facilities to around the globe including; Australia, South Africa, Japan , Korea, Germany, Mexico, Thailand, Singapore and China.

Our new range of plant protectors turn single use products into reusable ones. Made of PolyCycle™, our new sustainable polymer that is a blend of recycled and new material, we’re contributing to a circular economy. Our PolyCycle™ plant protectors are designed to minimise waste, which is why they can be returned to us to be recycled and reused again.
We’re also helping to develop two bioplastics - PolyDegrade™ and PolyNatural™ PolyDegrade, a custom biopolymer made from a unique blend of compounds derived from biomass. It is being carefully designed to both go the distance on the shelf and degrade naturally over time. PolyNatural is a custom biopolymer made from a unique blend of biomass, only it isn't being designed to degrade. This will make PolyNatural™ a great solution for those wanting to develop sustainable products that last long-term.
We partnered with Scion to help develop a biodegradable Vine Clip. Every year the New Zealand wine industry uses an estimated 16.8 million plastic vine clips to hold nets over ripening bunches of grapes to prevent loss from birds and other pests. With the viticulture industry keen to stamp out the waste, Scion began developing a faster-degrading vine clip made of bio mass. With the prototype clips showing real promise, our team was tasked to look for opportunities to improve the clip and ready it for production at scale.
We have been part of the Plastics New Zealand Sustainability Initiative since 2003 and we work with our partner Comspec to actively decrease the amount of waste going to the landfill. Last year we used over 135 tonnes of recycled material. We measure our performance to actively target waste reduction to ensure we recycle paper, cardboard and raw materials.
We are supporters of Trees That Count. Native trees are a gift to our natural environment, they absorb carbon from the atmosphere and are planted to last for decades longer. Every time we do a new development or sell a pack of Plant Protectors we gift native trees to be planted for community-based projects across New Zealand.
