A digital twin is a virtual replica of a physical object or system. The essence of a digital twin lies in its ability to synchronise data between physical and digital realms. This fosters a two-way data flow and facilitates feedback mechanisms for intervention in areas such as product design, extending product lifespan, resource distribution, remanufacturing and supply chain optimisation.
This workshop will demonstrate, via a relatable real-life use case, how digital twin technology works and its potential for accelerating the transition to a circular economy. Using those insights, we’ll collectively work to uncover the potential digital twins can unlock in key business sectors. The event will be led by digital twin experts. It is tailored for a non-technical audience keen to understand how this technology can help their organisation contribute and prosper in a circular economy.
There are in-person and online tickets available.
