  • Profile

We are a Sourcing and Supply Chain specialist, drawing on both ethical and commercial expertise to support organisations as they tackle the complex challenges of developing responsible procurement and supply chain programmes.

With over 30 years operating within overseas supply chains, managing responsible sourcing programmes and working in high pressurised buying teams, we apply a practical and balanced approach to the tough ethical and systemic issues that buyers need to address in their sourcing strategies.

From first hand experience, the team at Ethical Matters is very much aware of both the positive and negative impacts of corporate behaviour on the people and environment in the buying process and value supply chain. For this reason we truly care.

We care that everyone in the supply chain is honoured, valued, respected.

We care that the people making our products work in safe, fair and legal conditions.

We care about diversity and equality, particularly as the majority of vulnerable people in the factories we have worked with have been women.

We care that the products being developed are mindfully designed to reduce their impact on the planet.

We care about educating and influencing buyers who very often are not aware of the impact of their decisions on the workers and the environment, do not always have the experience to challenge and question what they witness, and have not been given not the tools to support efforts to remedy.

We can help you Build an Ethical Advantage. Getting Ahead by Doing Good.
