Bread & Butter Bakery & Café has three shops, sells at two farmers’ markets, and supplies more than 100 businesses with organic bread and handmade pastries.
It honours the age-old tradition of slow sourdough fermentation using organic ingredients. The pastry range includes high quality organic ingredients. No artificial colours, additives, preservatives, dough conditioners or flavours are used.
By committing to the principles of organics wherever possible, Bread & Butter aims to keep food networks local and supports other artisan suppliers, growers and food producers. Compostable packaging and biodegradable film are used wherever possible. Offering healthier food and educating customers about the principles of sustainability and organics is a daily activity.
